2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Resolution & Refund Options
Once your claim is inspected and approved, we offer the following solutions:

Full Refund: Processed directly back to your original payment method.

Replacement: A brand-new item shipped out to you (subject to stock availability).
4. Return Shipping Costs

amah.sa Covers the Cost: If the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the return costs.

Customer Covers the Cost: If a return is accepted under exceptional circumstances outside of product defects, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
5. Processing Times & Conditions

Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional processing time to post the funds.

Customs & Duties: Any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees paid on the original order are non-refundable, as these charges are collected directly by your local government.
